Aetna Natural Products and ServicesSM discount program

Special rates are available from Aetna on alternative therapies, including visits to acupuncturists, chiropractors, massage therapists and nutritional counselors.

The reduced rates will apply only to the specific services. Rates for other services will not be reduced. The rates are reductions to the normal fee charged by the provider and do not represent member copays.

In some cases, your Aetna health benefits plan may include coverage for chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy or other specific services that are also available to members at a reduced rate through the Aetna Natural Products and Services discount program. If so, we encourage you to first take advantage of your covered benefits (obtaining any referrals or precertifications required by your health plan).
