CSC Preferred Access In-Area Feature gives you the freedom to receive care from any health care provider. Each time you need care, you decide whether to use a provider who belongs to Aetna's network (in-network provider) or one who does not (out-of-network provider). The level of benefits and your out-of-pocket costs depend on your choices.

CSC Preferred Access In-Area Feature offers these advantages:

• Open access to any licensed health care provider.
• The opportunity to save money when you use an in-network provider.
• Referrals are not required for specialty care.
• You are not required to select a primary care physician (PCP), but you may elect one to coordinate your care.
