Finding Networks Providers

There are two ways to find providers who belong to Aetna's network:

  • Use Custom DocFind®, Aetna's online provider directory especially for CSR and CSC employees. You can search for network providers within a certain geographic area, look for a specific provider or find a specialist. DocFind also provides information about the provider's credentials, education, office hours and location (with map and driving directions) and languages spoken.
  • Call Aetna's Member Services at 1-800-525-6815. A customer service representative can help you find a network provider near you or check to see if a specific provider belongs to the network.

You can also use DocFind to select or change a PCP. You can change a PCP at any time for any reason. Just remember to log on to Aetna Navigator® or call Member Services to request the change and report the name of your new PCP.
