The CSR Open Access HMO plan gives you access to Aetna’s nationwide network of doctors, hospitals and other health care providers who offer services at discounted rates. When you need care, you may go directly to any network provider or facility.

The plan offers these advantages:

• The option of selecting a primary care physician (PCP) – or not. While you are not required to select a PCP, you may want to consider the advantages of doing so. Click here to learn more.
• A flat fee (or copay) for most covered services. There is no deductible and no coinsurance.
• No claims to file and no balance bills to pay.
