Finding a PCP

Aetna has developed a DocFind directory customized to the needs of CSC employees. Custom DocFind will show only the plans available to employees of CSC. This will help you findproviders participating in your plan.

You can find a PCP by:

  • Using Custom DocFind®, Aetna's online provider directory customized for CSC employees. You can find all the PCPs practicing in a geographic area or you can narrow your search for a specific PCP. Information such as the provider's credentials, education, office hours and language is also available by clicking on the Provider Details link. Custom DocFind also provides a link to allow you to generate a map with directions to the provider's office.
  • Calling Aetna's Member Services at 1-800-525-6815. A customer service representative can locate a PCP near you or check for a specific doctor.

Changing PCPs

You can change your PCP at any time. Just use Custom DocFind to find a new PCP, then log in to Aetna Navigator® or call Member Services to request the change.
