CSC Exclusive Access Plan Advantages

The CSC Exclusive Access Plan is an HMO-style plan that gives you access to Aetna's nationwide network of doctors, hospitals and other medical professionals and facilities who offer services at discounted rates. Each time you need care, you visit your Primary Care Physician (PCP), who will provide basic, routine and preventive care, and referrals for specialty care.

The CSC Exclusive Access Plan offers these advantages:

• The services of a primary care physician (PCP) who oversees your health care needs.
• A flat fee (copay) for most covered services. There is no deductible and no coinsurance.
• An emphasis on wellness. Preventive care is covered at 100 percent after your applicable copay.
• Simplicity. There are never any claims to file or balance bills to pay. Plus, your PCP takes care of the plan's precertification requirement for certain types of care.
