Finding In-Network Providers

Aetna has developed a DocFind directory that has been customized especially for CSC employees. This Custom DocFind will show only the plans available to employees of CSC. This will help you select the right network to find a provider participating in your plan.

You can find in-network providers by:

• Using Custom DocFind®, Aetna's online provider directory customized for CSC employees. You can find all the in-network providers practicing in a geographic area or you can narrow your search for a specific doctor, facility or other provider. Information such as the provider's credentials, education, office hours and language is also available by clicking on the Provider Details link. Custom DocFind also provides a link to allow you to generate a map with directions to the provider's office.
• Calling Aetna's Member Services at 1-800-525-6815. A customer service representative can locate in-network providers near you or check for a specific doctor.
