Finding In-Network Providers

Under Managed Choice POS, you are free to receive care from any provider you wish. However, you'll save when your PCP provides or coordinates your care. The plan will pay benefits at the preferred level and, when you need specialty care, your PCP will refer you to an in-network specialist.

n-network providers belong to Aetna's nationwide network of doctors, hospitals and other medical professionals and facilities. More than 500,000 providers belong to Aetna's network, which means it's very likely that your doctor does, too.

When you seek care on your own, you may choose an in-network or out-of-network provider. But it's important to remember that the plan will pay benefits at the non-preferred level whenever your PCP does not provide or coordinate your care. This applies even when you receive care from an in-network provider.

Aetna has developed a DocFind directory that has been customized especially for CSC and CSR employees. This Custom DocFind will show only the plans available to employees of CSC and CSR. This will help you select the right network to find a provider participating in your plan.

You can find in-network providers by:

• Using Custom DocFind, Aetna's online provider directory customized for CSC and CSR employees. You can find all the in-network providers practicing in a geographic area or you can narrow your search for a specific doctor, facility or other provider. Information such as the provider's credentials, education, office hours and language is also available by clicking on the Provider Details link. Custom DocFind also provides a link to allow you to generate a map with directions to the provider's office.
• Calling Aetna's Member Services at 1-800-525-6815. A customer service representative can locate in-network providers near you or check for a specific doctor.
