Self-Service Center

The Self-Service Center at Aetna Navigator lets you take care of health plan-related tasks without the need to call Member Services. You can:

• Change a primary care physician (PCP)
• Order replacements for lost ID cards
• Change your Aetna Navigator password
• Refill a mail order Rx
• Search Rx formulary guide
• Review Clinical Policy Bulletins
• Download forms
• Email Member Services
• View personal health reminders for yourself and covered family members
• Set email preferences to receive email alerts when there's new information of interest to you at Aetna Navigator.

You must register with Aetna Navigator in order to access some features of the Self-Service Center. To register, you must be enrolled in an Aetna plan.
