Custom DocFind®
DocFind is Aetna's online provider directory. Aetna has developed a DocFind directory customized to the needs of CSC employees. Custom DocFind will show only the plans available to employees of CSC. This will help you find providers participating in your plan.
Updated three times a week, Custom DocFind finds network doctors, hospitals, dentists, pharmacies and other providers.
You can find all the in-network providers practicing in a geographic area or you can narrow your search for a specific doctor, facility or other provider.
By clicking on Provider Details, you can learn about a doctor's credentials and practice, including:
- Education and board certification
- Gender
- Languages spoken
- Hospital affiliations
- Office location and hours
- Parking and handicapped access
You may also call Aetna's Member Services at 1-800-525-6815 A customer service representative can locate in-network providers near you or check for a specific doctor.
