Cost of Care

Cost of Care tools at Aetna Navigator let you get an idea ahead of time what you’ll pay for certain medical services. You can get average estimated costs for diseases and conditions, diagnostic tests and vaccines, surgical scope procedures and office visits. When you use the tool, you’ll also get a list showing hospitals and other facilities in your area that perform particular procedures, with actual cost ranges — by facility — for each procedure.

You must register with Aetna Navigator in order to access the Cost of Care tools. To register, you must be enrolled in an Aetna plan.

Use the Member Payment Estimator to get an up-to-date personalized estimate of what you’ll pay out of pocket for common medical procedures received from local health care providers, based on your plan and deductible. Once you are registered with Aetna Navigator, you can use this tool.
