Aetna Navigator®

Your member gateway to online information and self-service features.

Overview

Aetna Navigator is Aetna's self-service Web site for members. After a simple registration process, you can visit Aetna Navigator for health and benefits information, self-service features, interactive tools – and much more. Aetna Navigator is your gateway to:

• Benefits Information – CSC Medical, Pharmacy and Flexible Spending Account information including information on benefits paid and benefits available.
• *Custom DocFind® – Aetna's online provider directory customized for CSC employees.
• *Aetna InteliHealth® – Consumer health care information.
• Healthwise® Knowledgebase – Self-care information and decision support tools
• Cost of Care – Retail and mail-order prescription drug costs
• *Clinical Policy Bulletins - provides references to clinical information used to develop medical and pharmacy determinations
• Self-Service Center – Change PCPs, order replacement ID cards, download claim forms, email Aetna and more.

*these tools do not require Aetna Navigator registration

How to register

Registering with Aetna Navigator is easy. First, you must be enrolled in an Aetna plan. Then:

1. Click on the Aetna Navigator link below
2. Click on "Register."
3. Enter information to verify that you're an Aetna member.
4. Select a user name, password and security phrase.

Once you've registered, you can start using many features of Aetna Navigator right away. Aetna Navigator will mail you a confirmation letter notifying you that full acess to all your information is now available. It will take a few days before you are able to view your personal information online.
