Your member gateway to online information and self-service features.

Overview

Aetna Navigator is Aetna's self-service Web site for members. After a simple registration process, you can visit Aetna Navigator for health and benefits information, self-service features, interactive tools – and much more. Aetna Navigator is your gateway to:

  • Benefits Information – CSC Medical, Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account information including information on benefits paid and benefits available.
  • *Custom DocFind® – Aetna's online provider directory customized for CSC employees.
  • *Aetna InteliHealth® – Consumer health care information.
  • Healthwise® Knowledgebase – Self-care information and decision support tools
  • Cost of Care – Cost estimates on medical services, procedures and treatments.
  • *Clinical Policy Bulletins - Provides references to clinical information used to develop medical and pharmacy determinations.
  • Self-Service Center – Change PCPs, order replacement ID cards, download claim forms, email Aetna and more.

*these tools do not require Aetna Navigator registration

To register and log in:

  1. Go to www.aetna.com.
  2. Log in to Aetna Navigator.
  3. If you are a first time user, select "New Members: Register."
