Basic Term Life Insurance
As a CSC and CSR employee, you will receive basic term life insurance at no cost to you, in an amount equal to your base annual earnings, rounded to the next $1,000 up to a maximum benefit of $1,000,000.
Supplemental Term Life Insurance
Depending on your specific circumstances, you may need to enhance your protection and purchase supplemental life insurance for yourself or your loved ones. There are a variety of life insurance coverage options to ensure you have adequate coverage. You may purchase additional coverage up to five times your annual base earnings, up to a maximum of $1,000,000 (combined with basic life insurance).

Aetna Life Essentials
Aetna Life Essentials are value-added services that come along with your life insurance. They include:

- Legal services and support
- Estate planning
- Medical care support services
- Help with end-of-life issues and needs, including an advance on life insurance benefits if you or your covered spouse becomes terminally ill
- Bereavement and grief counseling services
