When Aetna members need answers and information, they have choices:
- Contact Aetna Member Services at 1-800-525-6815. Aetna's customer representatives can answer your questions about what's covered under the health plan. They can also help with PCP changes, lost ID cards, claims and finding network providers. Aetna Members can also contact Member Services online using Aetna Navigator®.
- Aetna Members can click here to log on to Aetna Navigator. You can get information about plan benefits, order an ID card, view an Explanation of Benefits (EOB), check the status of a claim, send an e-mail to Member services, find up-to-the-minute facts on a variety of health topics – and much more.
- Call the Informed Health® Line 24/7 at 1-800-556-1555. You'll talk to nurses who can answer questions and provide information about health conditions and their treatment.
- Click here to log on to Aetna's Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Web site. You'll find information about health care and dependent day care spending accounts, FAQs, a savings worksheet and more. You can also check your account balances(s) and view payment details. You can also access this information through Aetna Navigator.
